Terms of Service

FluxVision is a video generation workspace. You may use it only with media, likenesses, music, and prompts you are authorized to process.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for account activity and API credentials. Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or privacy-invasive content, or attempt to bypass quotas and access controls.

Generation and availability

Generated output may be inaccurate or unavailable and must be reviewed before publication. Jobs depend on a separately configured generation provider. The service does not guarantee that every provider request will complete or produce a usable result.

Plans and billing

FluxVision Pro is a $19.99 monthly subscription with 200 monthly generation credits. It renews until canceled; cancellation through the Stripe Customer Portal takes effect at the end of the current paid period. The 100, 500, and 1,500-credit packs are one-time purchases, do not expire, and do not include Pro features. Stripe shows the final payment details before confirmation.

Refunds and support

Approved refunds are applied to the original Stripe purchase and may revoke the corresponding unused credits or subscription entitlement. For billing, takedown, or account questions, email support@fluxvision.ai.
